Our plumber accidentally broke a large skylight over a living area late on Tuesday 11th Nov with a storm approaching. We phoned the two largest companies, Smith & Smith and Auckland Glass offering 24/7 service immediately with no luck - or interest for that matter - far too busy for us plebs.
Anyway, phoned Glen Innes Glass after referral from our daughter and although very busy, Howard came out very quickly and had the safety glass order in that night. The glass had to be made to order and a two day turnaround was reduced to less than one day. The glazing team arrived first thing this morning (Thursday) and had the job finished before the next storm. What a great response and will recommend GI Glass to anyone in the eastern suburbs. Deserve to be business of the year!

Glen Innes Glass did a fantastic double glazing job on all my south facing bedrooms which were freezing. I cannot believe the difference the double glazing has made. I would highly recommend this business. Leonard and his highly efficient team are trustworthy and do a fantastic job at a very affordable price. You will not be disappointed with their service. :)

I cannot be too complimentary about either Joe and the job he has just completed or Howard, in the Glen Innes Glass shop office. A student I had working for me broke the neighbours window- our neighbour is very unwell & Howard reorganised jobs so we could have it fixed the same day. Joe was here within 30 mins and had the job completed quickly and cleaned everything up well (not often happens). I deal with a lot of different tradesmen and I would say this job was the best I have ever had done for me. I do not normally rate so high, but this job was exemplary & Howard & Joe went far beyond what was required.
